本設(shè)備用于鋁合金產(chǎn)品初加工后的去應(yīng)力和時(shí)效處理，可用于消除鋁合金零件內(nèi)部的殘余應(yīng)力，提高鋁合金產(chǎn)品的強(qiáng)度和硬度。本設(shè)備采用熱風(fēng)加熱，熱處理件在爐內(nèi)以連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)方式進(jìn)行傳輸和生產(chǎn)。
The equipment is used for the stress relief and aging treatment of the alu-minum alloy after the initial processing. It can be used to eliminate the re-sidual stress in the aluminum alloy parts and improve the strength andhardness of the aluminum alloy products.The equipment is heated by hotair, and the heat treatment parts are transported and produced continu-ously in the furnace.

PRODUCT FEATURES
1.采用熱風(fēng)主動(dòng)循環(huán)方式，提高了傳熱效率及爐氣溫度的均勻性，爐內(nèi)工件實(shí)體溫差精度可控制在±3℃以內(nèi);
2采用PID閉環(huán)控制方式，升溫均勻、控溫穩(wěn)定，節(jié)能效果好。
3.爐體采用絕熱夾層結(jié)構(gòu)，中間襯入絕熱纖維，并在纖維層間加入鋁箔，用于降低熱能的輻射耗散，且顯著提高爐體氣密性，減少熱量損失。
4.本爐具可處理輪轂、氣缸、汽缸蓋、進(jìn)氣歧管、泵體等各種鋁合金部件。
